Description

We are a leading provider of contact center solutions with operations across the United States and Canada. Our services include telephone answering, appointment setting, customer support, sales, and more, catering to over 10,000 clients annually.

We are seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients daily. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, accurately document interactions, and uphold company and client integrity at all times.

Job Duties

  • Typing and data entry
  • Upselling products and services
  • Setting appointments in a customer-centric format
  • Maintaining knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting
  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
  • Strong people skills with active listening abilities
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Sales experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency
  • Experience in an outbound environment
