Your missions

Position Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will lead one or more Agile Scrum teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases. This role is crucial in nurturing team development within the Agile framework and driving continuous improvement in our development processes, product quality, and work output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Leadership: Serve and support both the Product Owner and Development Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Embody the principles of Scrum and Agile through a servant leadership style, leading by example.
  • Guidance and Coaching: Help the Scrum Team and organization effectively utilize Agile/Scrum practices and values to enhance customer satisfaction. Guide the teams in maximizing self-organization and filling gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate the ongoing development of the team and processes to continually improve the quality and quantity of work delivered.

Requirements

  • Certification: First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement. Ability to apply various Scrum patterns and techniques.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand diverse viewpoints and build consensus.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to rapid changes and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering healthcare products.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development.
