This role involves leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the account team to build, deploy, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Design and implement A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and other measurement studies to drive effective results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign reports to clients and maintain accurate performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with media sales partners and manage day-to-day campaign needs.
  • Create and execute media strategies aimed at driving key outcomes like brand awareness, online conversions, and offline sales.
  • Utilize campaign briefs and audience research to develop targeted audience strategies.
  • Keep detailed records of media plans and performance reports for each campaign.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing platforms and techniques, and innovate new strategies to advance client advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in paid social media.
  • Enthusiasm for influencer marketing and a strong desire to deepen knowledge in social media analytics and audience strategies.
  • Proactive multitasking skills with excellent communication, organizational, and numerical accuracy.
  • Proven track record of managing large social media budgets (\(150-\)350k per month) and optimizing media spend.
  • Proficient in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with third-party ad-serving, tracking, and analytics systems.
  • Background in marketing technology or media startups.
  • Passion for social media and influencer marketing.

Salary Range

\(80,000 - \)100,000
