About The Role

If you have a track record of building and executing successful paid advertising campaigns, including social media, search, and display, this is the opportunity for you!

As a Social and Digital Media Advertising Specialist, you will collaborate with talented project and account managers, social media experts, content creators, and other digital professionals to create and execute impactful advertising campaigns. You'll also work directly with clients on strategy, processes, performance, and best practices.

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in digital media advertising strategy and execution—whether it's Google, native, IP targeting, or programmatic. Experience with social media advertising is a plus. If you have strong digital media advertising skills, a passion for strategic campaigns, and enjoy teamwork, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across various paid media channels, including social media, display, and programmatic.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, such as pixel installations, ad launches, monitoring, optimization, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Work with internal teams to create testing roadmaps for maximizing media mix, audience targeting, media placement, and messaging.
  • Research and experiment with new channels to enhance media strategies.
  • Focus on performance and drive accountability with partners to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure high-quality service and meet all service level commitments.
  • Communicate campaign performance through detailed data reporting and offer recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and refine target audiences and keyword lists based on client needs.
  • Emphasize the importance of QA, processes, and standardization in all aspects of your work.
  • Provide expert knowledge on ad platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, and others.
  • Identify and recommend resources for optimal campaign performance, team efficiency, and client success.
  • Lead by example and take ownership in challenging situations.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of advertising experience, preferably in an agency or consulting setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven client management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital ad platforms, including Google Ads and YouTube; programmatic and native advertising experience is a plus.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and pixel installation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Experience with both lower-funnel conversion tactics and mid-funnel campaigns.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative remote environment with effective team communication.
  • Passion for helping clients connect with their audiences.
  • Support for clear documentation and sustainable processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with G Suite (Google) and project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
