Your missions

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to lead our Marketplace Search team remotely. As a vital member of our organization, you will oversee a dynamic team of Account Managers and drive success within our middle and growth client tiers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results within the e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Foster the growth and development of Account Managers through effective mentoring and guidance.
  • Provide support and direction to Team Supervisors, optimizing accounts and offering constructive feedback.
  • Address client concerns and issues promptly and efficiently, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, providing insightful reports to the Director team.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions for Account Managers, utilizing insights from Amazon to enhance performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director team on strategic initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on e-commerce and marketplace optimization.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central platforms.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Amazon International operations is advantageous.
