Customer Service Representative - Outbound & Inbound Support

Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this remote position, you will provide exceptional support to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound customer service inquiries and resolve problems.
• Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department.
• Work in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls.
• Support sales campaigns related to corporate needs.
• Accurately document all call information in the system.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in outbound calling techniques.
• Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus.
• Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  
  

Job Details

• Full-time: Monday-Friday.
• Pay: \(18.00-\)19.00 per hour.
• Remote position with flexible shifts between 8 AM-11 PM EST.
