Your missions

Location: Remote (Ideal base in Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach)

Coverage Area: Broward and West Palm Beach counties

About The Role

You’ll lead and implement strategic brand initiatives with distributors and retail accounts across South Florida. This position is essential for driving brand awareness, distribution, and revenue through local sales and promotional activities. Your efforts will involve collaborating with distributor personnel, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet brand objectives and hold distributors accountable for results.
  • Act as the primary representative for the brand in the state, reinforcing brand objectives at all levels.
  • Equip distributor sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully implement brand strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributor personnel.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights and reports on program performance.
  • Strategically manage your territory to maximize coverage and impact while using time and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to national account mandates and submit regular market reports to the Regional Manager.
  • Stay proactive in learning and development through internal resources and self-study opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, sales and marketing knowledge, effective presentation skills, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Preferred: Advanced computer skills and a focus on Management and/or Marketing.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. Able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
