What You'll Do

  • Drive Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of supply chain processes, tools, and best practices to meet our business goals.
  • Analyze and Improve: Use your analytical skills to conduct in-depth analyses, manage supply planning systems, and spearhead supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, quality, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to site supply chain teams, delivering training and facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Optimize Inventory: Manage inventory targets and lead initiatives to effectively control working capital and resolve service issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in inventory management and supply planning, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and tools.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with supply planning tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and present them clearly.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP ECC, R3, APO, and Business Warehouse; multilingual skills (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
