About the Team:  

You will be part of the global rollout team for the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP template and implement it in a cross-functional and international team in ZF´s production plants and national companies. In addition, you can participate with the team in improvements to existing processes and actively help refining them. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying gaps between existing controlling functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site;
• Driving the development/adjustment of Processes;
• Check with GPO´s, DTA´s and Country Champions that the controlling process Wiki is up to date;
• Support update of process requirements and functional specifications;
• Check with GPO´s that the process flows are detailed in Symbio´s and match the system processes;
• Prepare Trainings in SAP Enable now together with the Product teams;
• Track JIRA items & prepare decisions for GPO & ERP-Template approval;
• Coordinate realization together with IT;
• Coordinate Test Activities of new/changed processes in ZF-ERP-Template;
• Work on continuous improvements on controlling Processes combined with increase of automation & prediction

Skills:

• Extensive process experience in the area of controlling;
• Good functional SAP experience in controlling incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules;
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects;
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach;
• Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries;
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals;
• Fluent English language skills
