SREとしてインフラ環境の設計/構築/運用・保守までを一連でご担当いただきます。

  • AWSを用いたインフラ環境の設計、構築
  • FourKeysMetricsや各種APIなどのプロダクト信頼性に関わるメトリクスの可視化
  • PCI DSSの要件に則したインフラ設計やルール遵守体制の構築、ドキュメント整備
  • IaCを前提としたインフラ構築・管理の効率化、自動化
  • アプリケーション実行環境のリソースおよびコスト最適化
  • CI/CDなど開発環境、評価環境の整備による開発生産性・開発者体験の改善

    As an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) , you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the infrastructure environment.

    [Specific Responsibilities]

    • Design and construction of the infrastructure environment using AWS.
    • Visualization of metrics related to product reliability, such as FourKeysMetrics and various APIs.
    • Infrastructure design according to PCI DSS requirements, establishment of compliance rules, and documentation.
    • Streamlining and automation of infrastructure construction and management based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    • Resource and cost optimization of the application execution environment.
    • Improvement of development productivity and developer experience through the establishment of development and evaluation environments, including CI/CD.
    • Detection and automation of incident response and troubleshooting in case of failures during operation and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements
  • AWSを用いたインフラ構築の実務経験または基礎知識をお持ちの方(独学可)
  • インフラエンジニアとしての設計・構築・テスト経験 3年以上 (インフラ構成管理のコード化やデプロイ自動化に伴う構築・運用を想定)
  • TCP/IPやHTTPなどネットワークプロトコルの基礎知識
  • シェルスクリプト以外のプログラミング言語を利用した開発経験

    • Individuals with practical experience or foundational knowledge in infrastructure construction using AWS (self-learning is acceptable).
    • Over 3 years of experience in design, construction, and testing as an infrastructure engineer (including construction and operation involving code-based infrastructure configuration and deployment automation).
    • Fundamental knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP.
    • Development experience using programming languages other than shell scripts.
    • Individuals who resonate with our vision and values.

    • Experience in the introduction and promotion of DevOps/NoOps.
    • Experience in negotiation with stakeholders such as customers and infrastructure
    • Experience in establishing a system for detecting failures through the monitoring of server resources and system performance, and the creation of rules.
    • Knowledge of PCI DSS 3.2 and experience in infrastructure construction or operation.

Location: Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,400,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.

  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
