Join us as a Business Development Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join an innovative team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence. Your expertise in finance, trading, and business development will be instrumental in driving our growth and success.

Note, this role is fully remote for applicants residing in China with the following dialects: Hakka, Kejia, Wu, Gan and Min. We are also hiring candidates who are fluent in Mandarin, Xiang (Hunanese) and Yue (Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the finance and trading sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
  • Monitor industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions.
Qualifications and Skills 
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • English (C1 level)
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in Forex, with an active client portfolio
  • Established portfolio of active FX clients with the capacity to quickly grow the network
  • Demonstrated success in business development and consistently achieving sales goals
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and driven by targets
  • Capable of working autonomously and in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
