Job description

Role: Release Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM)

Responsibilities:

Manage our regular release cycle.
Manage iOS and Android app releases on AppStoreConnect and Google Play Console.
Oversee configuration of our test and production environments.
Provide release status updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
Facilitate the creation of both internal and client-facing release notes.
Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA and Product teams on addressing ad-hoc requirements.
Continuously improve the release process to address the changes in technology and the growing complexity of our system.

Must Haves:

2+ years of experience working with production software applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to cope with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Ability to troubleshoot and work with Engineering team to solve technical problems.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
