Remote Position
12+Month Contract

The Product Manager will lead product launch and lifecycle activities for new products and services, guiding them from conception to launch and providing ongoing support throughout their lifecycle. This role is remote with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
M-F.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and launch.
• Define functional requirements for wireless services and oversee product development, including planning, budgeting, test design, and release management.
• Communicate product requirements to IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Sales.
• Lead vendor selection processes and ensure delivery quality.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables like implementation plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Formulate strategic or tactical plans based on business initiatives.
• Project manage large initiatives from ideation to completion, including detailed planning, resource allocation, and budget analysis.
• Document process flows and create features for requirements using Agile methodology.
• Act as a liaison between clients and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies; experience with Jira.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in tools like PPT, Word, and Visio (or similar).
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
