About the Company

Forge is pleased to partner with a reputable boutique law firm in Toronto that focuses on Estates Litigation. Our client is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their growing and dynamic team!

About the Role
  • Please note, this role is working 100% remotely.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to analyze Ontario statutes, case law, and legal precedents relevant to estate litigation.
  • Manage a caseload of estates litigation matters specific to Ontario jurisdiction.
  • Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions in accordance with Ontario's Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings within Ontario's judicial system.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Provide updates on case developments, explain legal strategies, and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
