About the Company

Forge is pleased to partner with a reputable boutique law firm in Toronto that focuses on Estates Litigation. Our client is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their growing and dynamic team!

About the Role

Please note, this role is working 100% remotely.
Conduct thorough legal research to analyze Ontario statutes, case law, and legal precedents relevant to estate litigation.
Manage a caseload of estates litigation matters specific to Ontario jurisdiction.
Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions in accordance with Ontario's Rules of Civil Procedure.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings within Ontario's judicial system.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Provide updates on case developments, explain legal strategies, and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
