Staff Accountant

XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for a Staff Accountant to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, a strong proficiency in Excel, and solid experience working with ERP software. This role focuses heavily on Accounts Payable, general ledger reconciliation, and may include some payroll processing. This position is *onsite only* — remote work is not available. Candidates looking for remote work will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:

• Assist with Accounts Payable processing
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Handle payroll processing (as needed)
• Assist with Accounts Receivable processing (as needed)
• Assist with financial statement preparation, monthly closing, and research and analysis of financial records
• Additional duties, as assigned

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Solid experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks experience is not applicable to this)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite setting; remote work is not an option.

Preferred:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, exempt PAY RANGE: $67,000 - $75,000 /yrSHIFT: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
