Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern/Project Coordinator Intern. This intern will assist the Marketing Manager with various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing & project management and marketing within a supportive and dynamic environment.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing projects 
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met 
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Marketing Manager 
  • Help prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports 
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status 
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Three or more years of experience in project coordination 
  • Experience in coordinating teams and clients 
  • Experience in working with all levels of management 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
