accessible online. We're a new model in care that

other online providers, our clinical therapists are one member
of a team, collaborating with peers and a Clinical Director
who is responsible for developing and guiding their team, all
in pursuit of achieving the best possible outcome for you and
your client. We’re not a directory service, we’re a full

Your Role as a Remote
Clinical Therapist:
At WellQor, you’ll
help your clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better
relationships, and be the best versions of themselves. You’ll make
a real, tangible difference in the lives of others, and feel good
about the way you bring joy to the lives of
others. And
you won’t have to do it alone. We follow a care-team treatment
model, which means clinicians are assigned to teams which they
can connect with and consult for advice, institutional
knowledge, and continued feedback to help advance you in your
career. You
will define your own availability, make your own schedules,
and work according to your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists
work part time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your
lifestyle demands, we’re here to meet you where you’re at.

Title:
WellQor Clinical
Therapist
Reports
to:
Clinical Director / Lead Psychologist
Requirements:
-
LPCC, LMFT,
LCSW, PsyD, PhD or equivalent licensed to practice
independently.
-
Empanelment /
Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not
required
-
Strong
computer skills and comfort using electronic medical
records systems for patient charting and
communication.
Responsibilities:

Conduct
regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

Typical issues
that your patients may face include:
-
Adjustment
issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief,
behavioral issues, PTSD, substance
abuse.

Enter and
maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor’s, easy to use
web based EHR system according to company
guidelines.

Utilize our
unique WellQor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with
and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians and
leadership nationwide.
Compensation:
All WellQor
Telehealth Therapists are paid on a fee for service
/ billable hour basis and carry caseloads of 10-40
patients per week according to their self-defined schedules.
Hourly compensation varies based on license level, relevant
experience, employment type, and caseload requirements.
Our W2 employees
benefit from being an integral member of the WellQor Team.
They work closely and collaboratively with a highly
experienced Clinical Director who assists with and oversees
the care delivered to each patient. In a remote-work world, this
structure is a unique way to access a level of mentorship and
collaboration often lacking in the profession. We take care of
their payroll taxes and tax withholding, cover their
liability/malpractice insurance, and handle insurance company
audits and peer reviews as needed. Our full-time W2
employees also receive 6 paid holidays, 10 days of PTO and are
eligible for medical and dental insurance as well as our 401k plan.
Salary: $60 - $65 / hr
