Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by ensuring the smooth management of client bookings and referrals across various funding types. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for clients, handling new referrals, and maintaining effective communication with referrers through multiple platforms. Once the initial sales tasks are completed, you will shift focus to marketing responsibilities, which include creating and managing engaging social media content across several platforms and collaborating with external marketing agencies to drive our marketing initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Book clients with various funding types (Home Care Package, DVA, NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover, Pre-employment Medicals, private health insurance) across multiple clinic locations as soon as we receive the referral
  • Handle new referrals (via HubSpot, email, Medical Objects) and communicate with referrers
  • Communicate with the team through Google Workspace
  • Send letters from our team to referrers via email and Medical Objects
  • After completing the above Sales tasks,
  • create and manage social media posts (Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, Google my business) via Bird Eye or HubSpot
  • Meeting with our external marketing agencies to work on projects together


Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in making and receiving phone calls through Aircall
  • Experience in creating and managing appointments using Cliniko.
  • Ability to create and maintain up-to-date client profiles in both Cliniko and HubSpot.
  • Skill in creating and managing referrer profiles in HubSpot.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with referrers via phone, email, and Medical Objects.
  • Ability to respond effectively to social media posts, messages, and reviews.
  • Experience in creating and managing social media posts using Bird Eye or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating engaging images and graphics for social media.
  • Capability to coordinate with the team to arrange and take photos of clinicians and clients.
  • Experience in communicating and working on projects with external companies.
