The monday.com mobile group is looking for a strong iOS Tech Lead, to join our large, fast growing group of talented people. Our main focus is building new apps, product features and new user value on new verticals, for Monday users.


As a tech lead of one or more teams, you will be leading and accountable for the team's impact, quality, tech, architecture, execution and culture. Collaborating with the team lead, you will build and support an amazing team of great engineers, in a squad with design, analyst and the product manager. As the tech lead, you will lead hands on, taking on the most challenging projects, while guiding and mentoring the team on an industry leading standard of quality and execution.



About The Role

  • Building best in class apps that serve millions of users globally
  • Full ownership and leadership on Monday’s mobile new products, leading 0→1 new products and innovation
  • Driving the team’s roadmap with the team leadership, optimizing for both great impact and deep engineering excellence
  • Lots of cool challenges to work on:
  1. Infra to load and present Monday’s main tables and views - millions of rows and hundreds of customizable columns, all scrollable, searchable, filterable and sortable in amazing performance.
  2. Using mobile sensors and capabilities to support offline work, location and camera interactions
  3. Infra for supporting a growing number of engineers in the company working on mobile, promoting high velocity, scale and quality
  4. Release trains and features life cycle automations
  5. Production quality and health automations
  6. AI to augment and enhance user experience and value


  • Our stack - Swift, Swift UI, Combine, RxSwift, Async-Await, TCA, MVVM

Requirements

  • Proven track record of Technical leadership in iOS native teams and large efforts
  • Significant experience in iOS and industry leading delightful experience iOS apps
  • Significant experience iOS native high scale applications infra, tooling and best practices
  • Passion for quality, reliability, tooling and automation, and everything that is needed to build industry leading apps.
  • Passion for craftsmanship, user value, data and impact driven efforts, and collaboration on squads of eng, design, product and analytics.
  • Leadership and drive, ability to drive efforts across the app, team, group and company
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
