Austral Tech team is seeking a strategic-minded Tech Solutions Manager to lead the alignment of technology with our company's business goals. This role involves dissecting complex business challenges, innovating strategic technology solutions, and leading the development and implementation of these strategies. Responsibilities

  • Strategically evaluate business needs and technology landscapes to identify key opportunities for enhancing efficiency and growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to address business challenges through effective technology utilization.
  • Define and articulate clear roadmaps for the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute technology and process improvements.
  • Monitor and adjust the progress of strategic implementations to align with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, handing-off, and review of software development projects, ensuring proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of technology strategies on business performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, technology assessment, and spearheading innovation initiatives.
  • Strong background in solving complex business challenges through integrated technology solutions, including process changes, third-party tools, and custom software developments.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, demonstrated by a proven track record in successful strategy implementation.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional projects, ideally with experience in roles such as Product Owner, PMO, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Robust experience in software development, particularly with C#, with responsibilities ranging from coding to project oversight.
  • A degree in Information Technology, System Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) as a Software Analyst or in a similar role, including roles like Full-Stack Developer with involvement from business discovery to solution deployment.
