ATIVIDADES:

  • Liderar e monitorar a equipe de representantes de vendas e técnicos, garantindo que as metas e KPIs estabelecidos sejam atingidos.

  • Criar e executar planos de ação e agendas de trabalho focados no aumento do volume de vendas e no cumprimento das metas regionais.

  • Visitar clientes na região, incluindo oficinas, concessionárias e pontos de venda, para fortalecer relacionamentos e garantir a satisfação e o crescimento das contas.

  • Gerenciar o orçamento da região, monitorar o desempenho de vendas e analisar o volume de vendas dos clientes, sugerindo estratégias para aumentar o share e maximizar os resultados.
