designer ensures usability, the engineers ensure feasibility, the product manager
is responsible for ensuring the solution is both valuable and viable.


About the Role
The Product Growth Manager plays a critical role in expanding our product-market
fit, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and ensuring we maintain our
competitive edge in the rapidly evolving crypto space. This role requires a deep
understanding of compliance, legal, finance, and privacy considerations, as well
as a comprehensive knowledge of our users, partners, market trends, and
competitive landscape.


Your Role:

  • Identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities in alignment with the
    product strategy, working closely with product leads
  • Establishing and managing a streamlined process for integrating new payment
    providers, aiming for rapid deployment (within two weeks per provider)
  • Collaborating with the product operations team to develop pricing and
    monetization models that ensure profitability for new business ventures
  • Leading initial communications with third-party providers, coordinating with
    the bizdev team
  • Analyzing the onramp competitive landscape to uncover new business
    opportunities, always considering the overarching product strategy
  • Building compliant money flows for new partnerships, ensuring alignment with
    regulatory requirements


What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working in business development,
    product management, or a related role within the crypto-fintech space and
    using sound judgment to assess risks and present well-structured, data-informed arguments
  • Proven track record of driving growth through new partnerships and strategic
    alliances in the same space
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with payment/crypto
    partners, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills in order identify, evaluate, and develop new business
    opportunities in the crypto space that align with the company's productgrowth strategy
  • High-speed learning skill and a deep curiosity in crypto
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
    complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical
    audiences
  • Data-driven approach in communication with the teams within Mercuryo
  • Builder mindset
  • You strongly believe that while problems are inevitable, they are also solvable
