Job description

Glen Raven/Trivantage is recruiting for a customer care representative which is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

This role has the opportunity for a hybrid work from home and in office schedule.

Responsibilities: 

  • Processes incoming customer orders via email, fax and phone in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with multiple distribution centers processing returns or making changes to orders
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to provide customer with ETA’s on backorders or special order items
  • Provide customer call recordings to distribution center managers
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent education and related training
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or related field with direct interaction with customer is preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills – Excel, Microsoft Office
