Sustainability Promotion Manager

o Lead sustainability projects and initiatives within the company-monitor/track the effectiveness of the initiatives (CSRD etc)   

o Evaluate and report on the company's ESG performance-manage and improve the ESG ratings (FTSE, MSCI, DJSI, sustainalytics and etc)   

o Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders   

o Conduct research and analysis on the latest trends and best practices in sustainability/ESG and ensure compliance with relevant sustainability regulations and standards  

o Train team members and increase awareness employees on sustainability matters
 

【Hard skills】
o knowledge in GRI, SASB, CSRD and other relevant frameworks and regulations. ESG evaluation（外部評価） knowledge,  disclosure/ integrated reporting, PMO skills, impact evaluation   
o Mid manager: 5~10 years in consulting  and/or strategy&planning+ sustainability experience 

【Soft skills】
o Logical thinking, analytical skills (able to use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
o Creativity, communication skills, presentation skills , research skills  +pmo skill will be plus  
o Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment (ability to work independently and collaboratively)   
o International mindset and ability to work in a high-paced global environment in the technology industry 
o Fluency in both English and Japanese 
o Other languages a plus 
o Alignment with Renesas' purpose and corporate culture
