We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP Business Process Expert - SCM - Production.

• SAP roll-outs and integrations of Sika companies and acquisitions in the EMEA region
• Support and contact person for the programmes/tools used in the production area (IBP, MES, PP/DS, etc.) 
• Targeted implementation of business requirements and IT solutions of different sizes of processes in the production environment (PP-PI) 
• Process audits and adjustments as part of the transformation process from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard
• Active support during the conception and implementation phase of new processes and system changes
• Processing of enquiries from the SAP process managers of the Sika companies, error analyses and coordination of corrective measures
• Active participation in the digital transformation of company processes
• Creation of user documentation, process descriptions and analyses of change requests
• Close cooperation with the process owners of the specialist departments in the Sika companies and central IT
• By successfully carrying out internal user training courses and working on international projects, you will have the opportunity to develop into a sought-after contact person for SAP processes within the company

• A degree in business administration or technical studies
• Several years of experience in working with SAP module PP/PP-PI as well as a confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on production processes (DTS)
• Flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoy developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and strong team orientation to solve complex business enquiries
• Very good written and spoken English and comprehensive communication and presentation skills
• Occasional willingness to travel within Europe
