Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team as an independent consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to individuals and organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs in cybersecurity, including course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
  • Deliver training sessions to students, either in-person or online, on various cybersecurity topics, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and update training programs accordingly
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
  • Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and education
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or OSCP
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to work independently as a consultant
