Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related subject required or 5+ years experience, Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, chatbot frameworks, voice recognition technologies, and customer interaction analytics tools, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, Experience with AI and NLP technologies, particularly in the context of conversational interfaces.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop conversational flows using CAI platforms (e.g. Amelia, Kore, Omilia)
- Enhance conversational flows through code or other supported techniques
- Review and analyze conversational AI interactions across different channels
- Identify NLU routes/intents for conversations as required
- Collaborate with teams to improve AI user experience and drive business impact
