As Smartpricing's Sales Lead for Northern Europe, you will lead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and market expansion. We are looking for individuals with a passion for creating and executing dynamic sales strategies, ready to dive into strategic planning and practical execution. Your winning mentality and competitive spirit are crucial as we aim not just to participate but to dominate the market. Key responsibilities include:
Manage a team of 7 to 10 sales FTEs, setting clear sales goals and performance metrics while providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals by overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, optimizing lead generation, qualification, and conversion, analyzing sales data to meet revenue targets, and managing sales budgets and resources effectively
Continuously developing sales expertise through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Providing sales and product trainings to the sales team
Hiring top market talent: recruiting, onboarding, and developing a talented team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
