As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team.
As an Independent Travel Agent, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans and creating personalized itineraries. Your responsibilities will include:

Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
Providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Creating and customizing travel itineraries based on client preferences.
Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, including new destinations and offerings.
Handling travel documentation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market, promote, and sell travel

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Complete Travel Training Certification
Have a computer and/or smart phone
Willing to learn and positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Attend on-going training & education
