Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Order Management Specialist to work for our Personal Healthcare Division. You will be working in the Oral Healthcare Department focusing on order management, inside sales and customers service directly to Dental Professionals (Busines-to-Business). Our portfolio in the French market encompasses power toothbrushes, power flossing, tooth whitening and oral hygiene. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and supply chain.


Your role:

  • Managing end-to-end order process:  order booking, tracking, order processing in SAP, securing of wholesale and distribution order, price control, delivery
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls (big part of the day) with Business Customers (Dental Professionals) and Philips Sales Representatives
  • Close cooperation with the fields of logistics, accounting, sales, controlling, credit, sales assistance,  Data Management, Marketing, Service, Planning / Scheduler
  • Recording and processing of logistic customer complaints
  • Clarifying differences including cause analysis in the area of service and working with error lists (for prices and other incompleteness)


You're the right fit if:

  • You have proven track record of managing orders or customer service experience
  • You have 1-2 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Services or Sales Support
  • You have very good French language level (C1) and good English language level
  • You have strong communication and problem solving skills
  • You are detail oriented
  • You have working knowledge of SAP
