Job description

On behalf of our client - an International Legal consultancy team with over 9 years experience in iGaming - we are looking for a motivated Lawyer to join their Legal department.


Requirements


  • 1 year of experience as a lawyer in an international company;
  • Previous experience in gambling or another high risk business (crypto/fintech) would be a plus;
  • Hands-on involvement in incorporating and sustaining companies across diverse jurisdictions;
  • Previous experience in crafting and reviewing agreements with various providers (e.g. game providers, payment providers, platform providers);
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello / Asana / Notion);
  • Excellent soft skills: communication, problem solving, crisis management, negotiations, strategic mindset, stress resilience; 
  • Languages proficiency: Fluent English (both written and verbal), Native/Fluent level of Ua/Ru languages.


Would be a plus:


  • Experience with Gambling licenses (both B2C and B2B)


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant gambling laws and regulations and stay informed about regulatory changes;
  • Assist in managing gambling licenses and stay updated on licensing requirements and changes affecting the gambling industry;
  • Draft and review agreements with game providers, payment providers, and platform providers;
  • Support the provision of legal services to constant clients, contributing to both B2B and B2C operations;
  • Conduct legal research on specific issues to support decision-making;
  • Analyze legal implications of various actions and provide recommendations.
