We invite you to join our IT Service Desk department with the biggest Scandinavian speaking customer service team in Latvia to provide IT services for corporate customers in public sector, utilities, retail and logistics. We provide IT training for employees to be able to ensure IT support to our customers, previous IT skills, work experience not required. IT Service Desk department is a great stepping stone for further advancement withing Tietoevry, growth opportunities within IT field.

We expect you to have:

  • Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English

  • Interest in IT field and eager to learn, acquire new knowledge (IT training, service specific training is provided by the department)

  • Previous work experience within IT Service Desk or other IT field will be considered as an advantage

As a person:

  • Fast learner who adapts easily and can strive in a dynamic working environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service

  • Accountable mindset with ability to work independently and knowing how to prioritize tasks

  • Eager to take initiative and ‘’can do’’ attitude

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, technicians

  • Provide first line support to customers in Nordics via phone, ticketing systems and other tools

  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by using internal knowledge base

  • Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge

  • Improve, update knowledge database and work with ticket backlog when the need arises
