As managing information risk becomes an increasingly important business concern, Allianz Services is building a new off-shore team to provide operational support to Allianz Operating Entities’ Information Security and Information Risk Management teams to enable them to fulfil Allianz Group Information Security Framework requirements and Allianz Integrated Information Risk Management approach.

 

Allianz Services is looking for highly motivated professionals to join Technology and Risk Services  team. Curious to learn more about it? We are looking to reinforce our team as soon as possible.

What you will do

  • Monitor/execute IT Control Catalogue
  • Monitor and assess Control Assurance Reporting from AZ Tech
  • Analyze and support compliance inquiries from international AZ Re locations; e.g. Monetary Authority of Singapore, Central Bank of Ireland, …)
  • Actively contribute to annual IT Compliance Assessment
  • Support external audit of Annual Closing of AZ SE
  • Support internal audits according to Audit Plan
  • Oversee the contractual framework with the Service Provider (IT Supply Outsourcing Agreement)
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory and AZ Group IT Governance (e.g. VAIT, DORA Allianz IT Policy)
  • Initiate and manage change initiatives and complex projects where necessary

 

What you bring

  • 5+ years business experience in Information Technology, ideally in the financial services branch
  • Profound knowledge of IT Compliance related frameworks and standards (e.g. Allianz Policy for IT, Functional Rule for IT, Information Risk Management and Information Security and relevant frameworks such as  COBIT, ITIL)
  • Profound understanding of German and European regulatory requirements towards IT (VAIT, DORA)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven experience with stakeholder management and C-level communication
  • Self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team

 

You have

  • Previous exposure to information risk management, Information Technology Governance, IT operations (system administration, IT support) or any Information Security work streams such as offensive (ethical hacking, social engineering) and defensive security (digital forensics, security monitoring). Either by previous work experience or studies.
  • Previous business experience in designing and implementing risk, governance, and control frameworks; experience in conducting risk assessments; experience in testing business processes and internal controls
  • Relevant business experience with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management and/or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
  • Understanding of data privacy and business continuity, and relevant safeguarding function controls
  • Pro-active and solution-oriented behaviour
