Job Title - Business Development Manager

Market - UK based SMEs in your local areas 

Location - Hiring multiple people across the UK - All regions accepted

Salary - £30,000 + £5,000 car allowance + Commission 

We are working with an exciting new business who are looking to hire multiple Business Development / Payment consultants across the UK as they continue to scale their business.

They are on a mission to change the perception of Payment consultants moving away from what has been known to be a hard sell environment into an approach that is driven by offering great rates, great technology and incredible customer service. 

Here is what you will be taking to market

Product 1 - Card Terminals

  • PAX A80, A920, A920Pro and the Clover Flex
  • Rates - From 0.3%
  • Acquirers - WorldPay, Fiserv, Monek, Trust Payments - Your choice to select the best solution for the merchants needs
  • Next day settlement
  • Contracts from 18 months

Product 2 - Cash Advances

  • Provided by either their internal funding scheme (FCA regulated)
  • Access to Partners such as YouLend if needed

Product 3 - Business Banking (Launching in 12 weeks)

  • Supported by both Visa and Mastercard and a direct issuer partnership. With Business Banking we can also offer more flexibility on rates

Other Products and value propositions

  • Pay by Bank at POS with QR code and Open Banking technology
  • Ecom gateway solution
  • Multi-Lingual customer service teams to support merchants

Who we are looking for

We are looking for experienced sales people with a track record taking POS terminals to the SME marketplace with an aim of ramping up to bringing on 20 new merchants per month. 

You will be well connected within your local areas and understand the way in which to showcase a clear value proposition that a merchant will understand, everything from cost saving, integrated technology, and security with no mid contract price increases. 

You will also ideally be someone that is looking for growth in your career. Here within this business, you will have the opportunity to organically grow out your own team with a clear direction to regional Manager, Director and even VP positions.
