About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Junior Operations Executive. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the smooth running of our operations by providing administrative and project support, managing data, assisting team members,  and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in their early career with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to gain valuable experience in the operations field.

The successful candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter who takes accountability, can efficiently multi-task, and has exceptional written skills.


Key Responsibilities

- Review various data and create written content for internal systems.
- Write excellent and impactful content.
- Explore and research various digital technologies and present them as solutions to business problems.
- Assist in responding to customer queries through chat and email.
- Assist in scheduling calls for the team via email.
- Assist in designing marketing material and posting it on social media channels.
- Provide support with operational and administrative functions.
- Ability to occasionally travel/commute for work purposes within Bangladesh.


Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher/1 year of work experience in any business operations, marketing, or administrative role.

- Must have excellent written English proficiency and communication skills.

- Previous experience creating and presenting impactful presentations. 

- Previous experience (professional or non-professional) with Trello, G-Suite, LinkedIn, Figma, and ChatGPT is required. Familiarity with Canva is preferred.

- Ability to multitask efficiently and independently in a work-from-home role.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality is very important and they will deal with sensitive information.

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, but not required (Business or Marketing background is preferred).


Employment Structure

Work From Home in Dhaka | Full-time & Contractual

Salary: BDT - 20,000 - 30,000

Benefits: Ability to become permanent after 6 months with strong performance

Work Week: Saturday - Thursday | Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
