Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-based basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in recruitment services or related industries.
  • Familiarity with services selling, particularly within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong network of contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for success.
