Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience in IT or professional services as a Project, Program and/or Portfolio Manager with client-facing consulting services background, Direct experience in Software Development and/or Implementation projects, Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), Familiarity with financial management and Scope Management.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead and motivate teams on projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Manage project details like costs, hours, scope, quality, and schedule
- Report financials to senior management and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement and facilitate client meetings
- Be an active member of the project management team in delivering projects
