Your missions

What Will You Do

  • Managing the best team of QA engineers
  • Building and continuously improving all testing processes
  • Defining testing strategies and plans
  • Implementing manual and automated testing
  • Continuously interacting with developers, analysts, and other participants in the software development and release process
  • Identifying, analyzing, and solving QA team problems in a timely manner.
     

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

  • At least 4 years of manual and automated testing (with Python) experience
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
  • Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
  • Strong experience in performance and load testing 
  • Good knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
  • CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Good communication level of English and Russian;
