Graphic Designer

We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to work with a US-based company, 100% remotely. This role encompasses the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will shape the visual aspects of websites, social media content, brand collateral, presentations, thought leadership materials, and both print and digital advertisements. To succeed in this role, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Work Better Now Remote Professionals (RPs) work full-time (40 hours/week) as self-employed from their homes, helping businesses in the US with their marketing needs. WBN RPs work Monday through Friday during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define design requirements and concepts in collaboration with clients or internal teams.
  
• Visualize and create engaging graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
  
• Develop the visual aspects of websites, social media content, brand collateral, presentations, thought leadership materials, and advertisements.
  
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other departments to develop design strategies.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  
• Work with external vendors as needed to produce printed materials or other design-related products.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and work well in a team environment.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
