Your missions

This is a remote position.

Objective: Amplify The Company's Brand Presence and Engagement Through Strategic, Authentic, and Ownership-Driven Social Media Content

Key Results:
  • Proactive and Autonomous Content Creation: Capture and publish at least 5 unique, high-quality pieces of content weekly that highlight Shannon’s professional engagements, client interactions, and personal insights. This includes actively filming the CEO’s day-to-day coaching, speaking engagements, and other value-driven activities, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • Engagement and Creative Innovation: Increase engagement rates by 25% through the ownership of content innovation, introducing at least 2 trend-inspired (related to our industry) content pieces monthly that resonate with the brand and showcase her real-time impact and expertise.
  • Strategic Audience Growth: Achieve a 30% increase in overall follower count across social media platforms within 6 months, driven by content that strategically captures and conveys the CEO’s day-to-day professional life and its transformative impact on others.
  • Authentic and Comprehensive Brand Storytelling: Enhance brand interaction by 35% within 6 months, by authentically capturing the full scope of the CEO’s work, including bloopers and behind-the-scenes moments, to tell a compelling and holistic story of her brand’s narrative and values.
4R Framework for Social Media Content Creator
Role:
  • Central to the CEO's brand narrative, the social media content creator is tasked with capturing, editing, and publishing content that showcases the genuine value and transformation she provides through her coaching and speaking. This role encompasses the ownership of the content creation process and a proactive approach to documenting her professional life.
Responsibility:
  • Dynamic Capture of Professional Life: Continuously capture the CEO's coaching sessions, speaking events, and other professional engagements, highlighting the value she brings to her clients and audience.
  • Ownership of Content Lifecycle: Manage the entire content lifecycle with autonomy, from identifying moments to capture through to editing and publication, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s brand.
  • Proactive Trend Integration and Creative Content Development: Independently identify trends and generate creative content ideas, incorporating the CEO’s day-to-day professional interactions and insights to maintain audience relevance and engagement.
  • Audience Engagement and Strategic Growth: Analyze content performance to adapt strategies for maximized engagement and follower growth, taking ownership of the brand’s social media presence and audience relationship.
Results:
  • Elevated Brand Presence and Authority: Significantly enhance the CEO’s online visibility and establish her as a thought leader by showcasing her professional activities and the impact of her work.
  • Deepened Audience Connection: Foster meaningful audience growth and engagement by authentically portraying the CEO’s dedication and the tangible value she provides.
  • Innovative Content Leadership: Position the CEO’s brand as an industry leader in content innovation, driven by a strategic and ownership-minded approach to capturing and presenting her professional life.

  • Adaptability and Initiative: High adaptability to changing environments and situations, with the initiative to capture content opportunities spontaneously, reflecting a strong sense of ownership.
  • Trend Awareness and Creativity: An innate ability to identify and apply social media trends creatively, enhancing brand engagement and storytelling.
  • Flexibility and Initiative: Ability to travel and work flexibly across different locations, capturing spontaneous and planned content moments with high initiative and minimal direction.

Benefits
Remote Working Flexibility
  • The employee by default works remotely, subject to the nature and requirements of their role. It's important to note that certain tasks, such as participation in events or activities requiring physical presence, must be fulfilled on-site.
13th Month Salary
  • A guaranteed 13th-month salary paid in January, with the amount prorated for employment less than 12 months.
Medical, Dental, and Optical Allowance
  • An annual medical allowance of up to RM 500 for treatment and medicine.
  • An annual dental and optical allowance of up to RM 500 for treatment (excluding aesthetic purposes).
Discretionary Benefits
  • The employee may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance, granted at the Company's sole discretion.
Others:-
Public Holidays & Off-In-Lieu
  • The employee will observe public holidays as per Kuala Lumpur National Holidays. If required to work on a public holiday, Malaysian employees are entitled to Off-In-Lieu.
Annual Leave
  • Upon confirmation, the employee is entitled to 14 days of annual leave per calendar year, with proration as necessary.
  • For each full year of service, the employee is entitled to an additional day of annual leave.
  • Unused Annual Leave: With the Company's approval, the employee may either roll over up to 50% of unutilized annual leave to the next year (max 21 days) or opt for cash-in-lieu.
Medical and Compassionate Leave
  • The employee is entitled to 14 days of medical leave and 3 days of compassionate leave per calendar year upon confirmation."
