Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and skilled Animator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually stunning and engaging animations that bring our ideas to life. The Animator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute animations that align with the project's vision and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Storyboarding and Conceptualization:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop animation concepts and storyboards.
Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling and dynamic animations.

Animation Production:

Utilize industry-standard animation software to create 2D or 3D animations.
Develop character animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Ensure animation sequences are fluid, realistic, and visually appealing.
Utilize AI and automated video design tools to enhance animations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and other team members to integrate animations seamlessly into projects.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on animation progress.

Technical Skills:

Stay updated on the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues related to animation production.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender).
Proficient in AI tools, automated video design, and animation software.
Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
Fluency in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 3D animation and modeling.
Familiarity with game development or interactive media.
Knowledge of scripting or programming languages related to animation.
