Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will report to our Head of Growth Marketing and play a crucial role in creating sales and growth opportunities for Flip. You will plan events and be onsite, working closely with various teams to plan and implement our ongoing marketing activities and targeted campaigns. Your goal is to build our pipeline and enable our sales team. This requires intelligence, strong project management skills, and top-notch communication abilities.


Your Responsibilities

You will...

  • Plan events, from large-scale events to smaller, strategic gatherings with a selected group of participants.
  • Assist in optimizing targeted demand generation campaigns across all markets and segments.
  • Use data analysis to define strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Be one of our main points of contact for all account-related activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the success and development of our campaigns.


Your Qualifications

You have...

  • 3+ years of experience in the strategic planning and execution of events.
  • Excellent (native-level) German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in demand generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Understanding of integrated BDR-Marketing campaigns and sequences.
  • A strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
  • A proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong project management skills and are highly organized.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
