Position Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing and energetic trainer who has a broad knowledge of curriculum and performance trends in the field of learning and assessment. Someone who has a deep understanding of best practices in test development, instructional and graphic design, and contributes to process improvement activities and delivers high quality learning and assessment materials on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

 Create exciting training materials and provide technical support for other learning specialists to increase and enhance the ongoing learning at Harte Hanks. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts or relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of industry experience as a trainer/content developer
• Functional knowledge on designing content through Adobe Captivate or other editing software
• Proficient in MS Office  
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience developing training materials based on adult learning principles and methodologies
