Job description

 

As part of our investment in people and our continued ambitions of growth, dormakaba UK now have a fantastic new sales opportunity for a Sales Professional to join our RTR Business, promoting that part of the company’s ability to supply various parts and products to the industry.

 

A JOB THAT MATTERS: YOUR TASKS

 

As an RTR sales professional you will have the responsibility will be to look after a number of key customers who already utilise their services to find and source parts for use in the automatic door industry, but you will also be responsible for growing the RTR business and potentially establishing new markets for either access control products or industrial door products.      

 

You will proactively manage your own diary and workload, planning and tracking different opportunities, arranging meetings and travelling across the territory to consult with clients.

 

This part of the business is growing at a really fast pace and every year it contributes more and more to the overall success of the business, so this is a high profile role which will give the right candidate a great launch platform for a future career within the business.

EXPIERENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS

 

To be considered for this role we would expect you to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a role selling industrial door, access control or automatic door products to the industry  
  • A proven track record in successful sales growth and client retention   
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and remotely without close supervision
  • Ideally Located in the M5 / M6 corridor around the Birmingham, Gloucester, Telford, Stafford areas.
