About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Marketing Associate with 2-4 years of experience to become a key member of our global marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging, evergreen, and innovative top-of-funnel content that enhances our marketing strategies and supports our public relations and corporate marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile content creator with a keen interest in web3 technologies, possessing a strong talent for crafting compelling narratives and contributing to marketing efforts.

You may find yourself doing all of the following:

  • Content Development:
    • Creating and managing evergreen content across multiple channels, including company blogs, newsletters, and social media
    • Developing creative content for marketing campaigns, including brand-focused infographics, whitepapers, and promotional materials
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand positioning and strategic objectives
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assisting in helping to project manage and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness
    • Contributing to the planning and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content
    • Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies
    • Supporting Social Media Manager as needed with posts, tweets, and content development
  • Public Relations:
    • Supporting public relations efforts by drafting press releases, media kits, briefings, talking points, and other materials
    • Supporting public policy work, including content, pitching, and awards submissions
    • Assisting in coordinating media outreach and building relationships with journalists and influencers
    • Helping manage the company’s public image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
    • Liaising with PR agencies and external partners, tracking timelines and deliverables

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality written and visual content
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (remote-first work environment)

Other skills that are great to bring with you but that we can help you develop:

  • Interest or work experience in the DLT/enterprise tech/crypto space
  • Experience with Canva, video production, and editing:
    • Creating and editing corporate marketing video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and interviews
    • Collaborating with the team to develop engaging corporate video scripts and storyboards
