Key responsabilities:
- Manage HR functions like recruitment, performance & talent management, leadership support, and data administration.
- Advise managers, coordinate performance reviews, assist with employee inquiries, maintain HR systems.
- Design and execute end-to-end people strategy, serve as a culture evangelist, identify business needs for people products.
- Create an inclusive environment, build relationships with leaders, support change management plans, act as an employee confidant.
- Provide insights to achieve Growth KPIs, reinforce VTEX culture, communicate effectively, reflect on self-awareness.
