We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Line Claim Consultant to join our team at CCMSI. This is a fully remote position that requires a valid adjuster’s license and a minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability (GL) and Bodily Injury (BI) claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing claims from open to close, with experience in both non-litigated and litigated claims. Experience in the hospitality industry and premises liability is highly desirable.
As a Multi-Line Claim Consultant, you will be responsible for the thorough investigation and adjustment of assigned Multi-Line claims, ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with CCMSI’s corporate standards. Minimal travel may be required for training sessions and meetings. This role also offers the opportunity for advanced training and career growth, potentially leading to a more senior-level position.

Education and/or Experience
5+ years multi-line claim experience is required.
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Home State Adjusters license is required
