Our comprehensive internship will provide you with all the tools and training you need to launch your career. In partnership with your team, you’ll get hands-on experience collaborating with owners, management teams and investors to navigate business and transformational environments through long-term relationships, not just one-off projects, helping to solve real-world problems. Opportunity Details

Internship Length: June – Early August 2025

Internship Schedule: Full-time (32-40 hours/week on average) opportunities available

Summer Pencils Down Week: One week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns)

Work Location: Cleveland, OH; Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office per week)

Responsibilities: Data analysis, industry research, client interviews, deliverable creation, and presenting findings to consulting team

Qualifications:

Requirements

Degree: pursuing Bachelor’s, must be junior level or equivalent by the start of the Internship

Major: Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related field

Preferred

GPA: Minimum 3.5

Experience with project research, presentations &/or developing financial data models

Estimated Hourly Rate Range: $20 - $40/hour*

*Hourly rates offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs. On an annual basis, estimated ranges are re-evaluated for upcoming early career cohorts according to market adjustments.
