Senior Manual/Functional QA Opportunity Awaits!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Manual/Functional QA to join our dynamic team remotely in Poland. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be involved in the planning, execution, and monitoring of all testing activities to ensure our deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the quality of features from ideation through design, implementation, release, and production.
• Define test strategy and test cases in collaboration with the entire team.
• Establish best practices for the creation and management of test cases.
• Create and manage the process for regression and release testing for functionality that is not automated.
• Communicate effectively between developers, product managers, and product/engineering leadership.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce production support issues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of functional QA experience within a complex SaaS application (must-have).
• 2-3 years of commercial experience with SQL (must-have).
• Experience across the entire software development lifecycle, including supporting products in production.
• Expertise in functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, black-box testing, and testing REST APIs.
• Proven ability to define the structure and organization of test cases.
