Your Role as the Marketing Content Project Manager
We are proactively seeking talented individuals to join our team in the coming months. If you are interested in being considered for a position, please apply, and we will be in touch as opportunities arise.

You will have a deep understanding of standard methodologies of product and solution marketing, and can intuitively comprehend the necessary scope of engagement, customer needs, and types of content required to support product and service launches. This key role will ensure marketing collateral projects are effectively initiated, managed, and delivered to fulfill the growing needs of our technology clients. They will develop positive relationships with customers and partners, balance multiple engagements, drive internal project teams, and communicate with clients in developing bills of materials to support a variety of marketing-content initiatives. 

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.

How you'll contribute
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create bills of materials (BOMs) that include product content, messaging positioning, pitch decks, flyers, sales guides, web content, banners, and social media
  • Assist content writers in understanding product and solution functionality by developing a deep knowledge base of new products and solutions
  • Develop project plans, communicate timelines, and orchestrate resources to build and design content assets with content strategists, writers, and design resources
  • Lead projects by facilitating internal and client meetings, escalation of issues, management of work stream schedules, and client communication
  • Ensure requests are appropriately prioritized, deadlines are set, and delivery is on time and error-free
  • Manage project risks, problems, and activity progress to achieve project goals that include deadline, scope, and quality

  • Your skills and approach
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing campaigns and marketing project management
  • Experience with tech companies and/or cloud services providers 
  • Ability to conceptualize how design ideas and solutions will be executed
  • High-energy creativity and resourcefulness, with a proven ability to provide consultative and diplomatic leadership to cross-functional and virtual teams and agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with management and team members to ensure that projects are running efficiently and that opportunities for continuous improvement are prioritized
  • Personal accountability and business ownership that drives strategic and tactical programs and projects and breaks down work streams into organized, actionable objectives
  • Strong business insight and understanding of technology and cloud services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, a strong sense of urgency, and a results-oriented approach 
  • The salary range for this role is $64,000-$94,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
